SEDC & TH Mixed Development
Kuala Perlis Mixed Development is a partnership project of State Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) and TH Properties. It is a mega project with a value of RM312.6 million to develop a maritime commercial centre.
Development components consists of:-
- 3 storey retail building
- 3 star hotel - 196 rooms capacity
- 2 apartment block - 415 units
- 2 storey office shop - 24 units
- 2 storey office shop - 8 units
- multilevel parking facility - 1,200 lots
